Ratchet Tie Down Hardware
There are several different sizes of ratchet hardware such as 1 Inch Ratchet Hardware, 2 Inch Ratchet Hardware, 3 Inch Ratchet Hardware, and 4 Inch Ratchet Hardware.
Ratchet hardware is secured using a ratchet mechanism that flows in one direction and tightens with every additional crank. Once fully secured you can close the ratchet hardware and the cargo remains safely secured until you reach the next destination. When you are ready to release or unload you can pull up on the ratchet hardware and open the handle completely to pull out excess tie-down webbing and place it into storage.
1-inch ratchet hardware is used to manufacture 1-inch ratchet straps and they are commonly used for light-duty cargo securement applications such as securing a dirtbike or DIY projects. 4-inch ratchet hardware is much larger and rated for heavy-duty hauling applications such as open-aired flatbed trailers. In general, the larger the ratchet strap hardware the heavier duty the ratchet strap can safely be rated for.
There are several different styles of ratchet hardware, such as our stainless steel for marine applications, rubber coated for added comfort and grip, or our black ratchet hardware with a stealthy design for sound and stage productions or outdoor hunting applications.

We also have 1-inch wide handle ratchet hardware designed with a wider grip for easier tightening. Our 1-inch hardware is coated in either a black coating, stainless steel, or zinc coating to help prevent corrosion and rust while securing outside in the elements. This helps to add durability and increase the lifespan of your 1-inch ratchet hardware.
