Tent Supplies
Large professional tents and canopies must be anchored to hold them down. For frame and pole tents to remain upright, they must be properly and securely anchored to the ground. There is always a chance that the loads imposed on a tent stake will exceed its ability to resist that load. When installing a tent, installers must always plan for high winds, heavy rain, poor soil conditions, and adverse weather conditions.
The roof is tensioned over the poles and attached to tent straps at designated spots around the edges. The tent ratchet straps are anchored to the ground using tent stakes around the perimeter of the tent.
We can make your tent straps any length and with any hardware. When it comes to setting up a tent, it is always important to have the right equipment. Ratchets, rings, hooks, and other tent hardware need to be sturdy and reliable. We offer a full line of hardware for almost any tent. Long tent stakes are a must-have for any medium to large tent. Also, make sure to get the right frame fittings and tent straps. We can custom make any size ratchet straps to the length you need and match them to any piece of hardware so that they can be useful for any of your projects. We can even print your company name on the straps. Call us at 800-444-0956 to get your customized tent tie down straps!
Tent Stakes
Stakes are driven into the ground and are used to help secure large tents from moving or blowing over. We have several commercial tent stake sizes available, 18”, 30”, 36”, and 40”. There are single-headed and double-headed metal tent stakes as well. We also have a Box Ratchet with Foot Plate and Ball Bungee Tie Downs in this section.
Large professional tents and canopies must be anchored to hold them down for proper security and safety purposes. When installing a tent the installers must always plan for the worst weather conditions such as having high wind speed, heavy rain, poor soil conditions, or other adverse weather conditions that may occur at a moment’s notice. Tent Stakes allow for proper securement by using multiple angles of the tent and canopies to be secured in the ground that helps prevent the wind from raising the tents or canopies.
Tent Straps
Tent Straps are used to tighten large tents down and secure them to the Tent Stakes in the ground. We have several different types of straps to use for this purpose including ones with Snap Hooks, Cambuckles, Ratchets, O-Rings, D-Rings, S-Hooks, Wire Hooks, 1 inch, 2 inches, and more. We even have a place for you to build your own.
Tent Ratchets and Tent Hardware
Tent Hardware and Ratchets are used with webbing to form Tent Straps. In this section, you can buy the individual parts that make up these straps. This is useful if you need to repair part of a strap. In this section, we have hardware including Delta Rings, O-Rings, Wire Hooks, Different sized Ratchets, Snap Hooks, Cambuckles, and more.
Frame Fittings
Frame Fittings are used in the structure, or framing, of a tent. Our fittings are made for the traditional West Coast style frame tents. They are steel pipe with an outside dimension of 1-5/8” and inside pipe dimension of 1-3/8”. We have several frame pieces available.
White Webbing
This white webbing is commonly used in the creation of Tent Straps. We have both 1” 6,600 lb break strength and 2” 12,000 lb break strength. We also have a Web Cutter (Hot Knife) available for cutting the webbing.
WARNING: Do not ever exceed the working load limit of any strap or hardware at anytime. Caution should be used at all times when tightening and releasing ratchets.
