4-inch ratchet hardware is our heaviest-duty and largest ratchet hardware. 4-inch ratchet hardware is commonly combined with 4-inch polyester tie-down webbing and 4-inch hooks hardware to manufacture 4-inch ratchet straps.

4-inch ratchet straps are designed to secure some of the heaviest and oversized cargo on the road on top of flatbed trailers. Due to the heavy-duty demands of the cargo, this ratchet hardware features a 24,000 lbs breaking strength and a working load limit rating of 8,000 lbs. Once sewn together with the choice of end fitting hardware and 4-inch polyester tie-down webbing the safe working load limit ratings can be either 5,400 lbs, 5,670 lbs, or 6,000 lbs working load limit rating per strap.

Our 4-inch ratchet hardware is great for manufacturing ratchet straps or replacing damaged hardware. It is coated in a zinc finish, providing durability and protection against corrosion and rust. This hardware is considered oversized and measures 12-3/4 inches long and 6-1/4 inches wide. Due to the heavy-duty load demands and the amount of material used to construct the ratchet it weighs over 9 lbs for the ratchet alone.
