This transport grade 70 ratchet binder for 5/16 inch and 3/8 inch chains is easy to use and tighten. It has been tested to meet DOT and NACM standards. Do not exceed work load limit or use for lifting.

The lever style binder is quick and easy to operate with a standard overcenter lever. The lever action secures the load with one smooth pull.
