E Track Ratchet Straps

E Track Ratchet Straps use ratchet hardware that flows in one direction and becomes tighter with every click. Ratchet hardware does an excellent job at ensuring that once the cargo is secured it doesn’t move out of place or become unsecured while on the road. The ratchet hardware is made from a heavy-duty metal construction and is zinc-coated to protect the metal from corrosion or rust over time.

Ratchet hardware provides much heavier-duty strength and is less forgiving when compared to e track cam buckle straps which use a cam buckle and are hand-tightened. The polyester tie-down webbing used on both varieties features a 6,000-breaking strength and is used to help protect against moisture, mold, mildew, and direct sunlight to name a few of the most common reasons tie-down straps become damaged.

We also have a custom-made-to-order e-track ratchet strap that uses 12,000 lbs breaking strength 2-inch webbing to help those consistently going through tie-down straps due to cuts in the webbing or repetitive use. While the safe working load limit is the same between the standard duty 1,466 lbs safe working load limit rating and heavy-duty options it can help protect the webbing and make your straps last longer.

E Track Cam Buckle Straps

E-Track Cam Buckle Straps are ideal for moving van applications or inside dry van trailers. Cam Buckle Straps use cam buckle hardware that opens and allows you to pull webbing through to the desired strength. Once your cargo is tight and secured you can release the open cam buckle hardware and the cam buckle metal teeth hold the webbing in place until you are ready to open and release at the next destination.

Despite Cam Buckle Straps being tightened using hand strength they feature a safe assembly working load limit of 915 per strap once assembled. Made from our standard-duty 2-inch wide polyester tie-down webbing that features a 6,000 lbs breaking strength used to manufacture our 2-inch e-track ratchet straps.
