This rubber block / strap cleat is used to secure and protect your 2” straps on wheel tie down straps.

Using wheel tie down ratchet straps is a common way to secure a vehicle to a trailer. The car tie strap goes over the wheel and attaches to the trailer with hooks on both sides of the wheel. Then you crank the ratchet to tighten the strap. These rubber blocks go on that strap and help the strap stay on the center of the tire. The knobs on the block fit into the tires rain groove.
